These release notes give you a brief, high-level description of the improvements implemented to existing features.

What's New

• With this release, Druid enables business users to author their knowledgebase (KB) directly in the Druid Chatbot Portal by maintaining a collection of question-answer (QnA) pairs.

• Active Directory Connector - The Druid ChatBot Platform enables you to connect to Active Directory to search, assign existing users to AD groups and unlock users from Active Directory (AD).

Improvements

• For improved bot authors' experience, all Live Chat settings have been organized in a single section, LiveChatSettings, in the bot Details tab.



For information about these settings, see Setting up the Live Chat Starter.

• The Delete channel button was added to all active channels. Bot authors can use it to deactivate the desired active channel.

• Additional information is now available when training your bot NLP model. Training start time and Duration have been added on the bot details, NLP section, Train area.

• Adding a bot-entity relation has been improved at UX level (entities are added on top of the list).
